Refreshing Strawberry Soup

Ingredients:


2 cups strawberries -- cold

1 cup low-fat buttermilk

4 teaspoons sugar

1 bunch mint leaves -- (opt)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In food processor, blend all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator. Garnish with mint leaves. Variations: Substitute raspberries, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, or nectarine for strawberries.
