Mother Flanagan's Ham Soup

Ingredients:


1 pound cooked ham -- diced

1 cup chopped onion

16 ounces whole kernel corn

16 ounces stewed tomatoes

2 medium potatoes -- peeled and diced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 piece chicken bouillon cubes

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

3 cups water -- (up to 4 cups)

1 package French rolls -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients all together in slow cooker, adding enough water to cover the solids. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours (or on high for 4-5 hours). Serve with hot french rolls.
