Gourmet Cream Of Zucchini Soup

Ingredients:


3 cups sliced onions

3 tablespoons margarine

4 medium zucchini -- sliced

4 cloves garlic

1 cup parsley

5 teaspoons chicken bouillon

6 cups water -- up to 8-cups

1 dashes pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large kettle, saute' onions in margarine till transparent. Add rest of ingredients. Cook until tender; cool; run through blender. Terrific with homemade cubed bread, fried in margarine until crusty. Note: Can add more chicken bouillon to suit your tast
