CROCK POT SOUP

Ingredients:


3 pound Chuck roast about 2-3 1/2 lb. -- cut into small chunk

5 medium potatoes -- diced

5 medium carrots -- diced

1 large onion -- diced

1 stick celery -- chopped

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 small can corn

1 small can green beans

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put this all into the crock pot and turn on high until the mixture starts to boil. Turn on low and cook all day. Serve with hot corn bread.
