CHEEEESE SOUP

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

6 cups chicken stock

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup grated Gruyere cheese

1 cup cream

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped chives
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Blend in the flour, stirring constantly. Add the chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cheeses, and cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle some of the chives on each serving. Makes 8 servings.
