Preparation / Directions:Combine cabbage, beets, onion, stock, salt and pepper and cook until cabbage is tender. Pour soup over bread, allowing 1 slice to each serving. Sprinkle with cheese.
For variety, cook 1 cup cranberries, strain and add. Omit bread and cheese.
