Armagan Champagne Onion Soup

Ingredients:


3 cups white onions -- chopped fine

4 tablespoons butter

5 cups beef stock

2 cups armagan champagne

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to your taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large saute pan, cook the onions in butter until they are soft. Put the onions in a large pot, add the stock, Armagan Champagne and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer, covered for 3 minutes.
