Kielbasa And Bow Tie Soup

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons italian parsley minced

1/4 pound smoked kielbasa -- cut 1/4 inch pieces

1 can chicken broth

1 can pasta-ready tomatoes -- 15 oz with juice

1/2 cup chopped red and green bell pepper

1 small onion -- chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

1 1/2 cups bow tie pasta
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook sausage, bell peppers, onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add broth and tomatoes; cover, bring to boil, SIMMER FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. COOL COMPLETELY-FREEZE. Bring soup to a boil. Add pasta, cook to al dente, 8-9 minutes. Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
