A very hearty soup
 

Ingredients:


1 large whole chicken

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 head endive

1 dozen eggs

1 can parmesan cheese

1 can chicken broth

1 teaspoon salt and peppper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil chicken until cooked shred chicken into its broth and add the can of chicken broth Meanwhile while the chicken is boiling shape the ground beef into dime size meatballs Add the endive to chicken and broth and cook for 15 minutes Mix the eggs with the parmesan cheese and slowly add to soup mixture Add your meatballs and simmer for 1 hour season well with salt and pepper Note: ( This soup doesn't look pretty but it has an incredible taste and the best thing about is when the soup starts to disappear and believe me it will when everyone starts to eat it you can add additional cans of chicken broth to it!
