Raspberry And Grand Marnier Sorbet

Ingredients:


4 cups fresh raspberries

1 cup fresh orange juice

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 1/4 cups sugar

1/4 cup grand marnier or cointreau -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a blender or food processor, puree the raspberries. Push the puree through a sieve into a large bowl; discard the seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon juice and sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instruction
