Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice -- (about 6 lemons)

1 tablespoon lemon zest -- finely grated

1 teaspoon lime zest -- finely grated

1 teaspoon orange zest -- finely grated

3 cups simple sugar syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl, then transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instruction
