Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients:


8 cups seedless watermelon chunks

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pur‚e until smooth, then strain. Pour into sorbet maker and freeze according to instructions. For a granita, pour into a shallow, wide pan and freeze for 1 hour. Rake mixture with fork and freeze for another hour. Rake and freeze for one more hour. Rake and serve.
