Sorbetto Di Pesca Bianca (White Peach Sorbet)

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds white peaches

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash peaches, then peel them and chop coarsely after removing pit. Put peaches and sugar in food processor; blend until liquified. Add lemon juice and blend for a few seconds longer. Transfer to ice cream instructions.
