Pear-Berry Sorbet

Ingredients:


2 medium fresh pears

1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cups fresh sliced strawberries

1/2 cup skim milk

3 teaspoons sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pare, core and coarsely chop pears; toss with lemon juice. Spread pears and strawberries on baking sheet. Freeze, uncovered, until frozen solid. Place frozen pears and strawberries in food processor or blender. Add milk and sugar, process until smooth. Serve immediately or return to freezer.
