Microwave Carmel Popcorn

Ingredients:


6 quarts Air popped corn

1 cup Brown sugar

1/4 cup White syrup

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 stick margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except the popcorn into a pyrex dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon soda mix well. Place popped corn in a brown paper bag and pour mixture over corn in sack (do not shake). Place brown bag in microwave and heat for 1 1/2 minutes on Power 7. Remove bag and shake shake shake. Replace bag and microwave 1 1/2 minutes power 6. Shake shake shake:) Microwave one last time for 30 seconds on power 7...shake and then spread onto wax paper or cookie sheet to cool.
