Granola - Philharmonic

Ingredients:


6 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup cashews

3/4 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup oil

3/4 cup honey
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Toss together dry ingredients. 2. Mix in wet. 3. Spread thinly on cookie sheets. 4. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour or until golden brown, turning every fifteen minutes or so in the first 45 minutes and every 5 minutes thereafter. 5. Cool on racks, breaking up granola as it hardens. If desired add 3/4 C. raisins when cool.
