Ingredients:


1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2/3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter or marg

2/3 cup sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chocolate chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 325 degrees F. In med bowl combine crumbs, flour, soda, salt; set aside. With electric mixer set at med speed, beat marg and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Reduce speed and beat in crumb mixture. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten dough slightly with palm of your hand; press chips into each cookie. Bake until edges are lightly browned. 15 to 20 mins. Cool completly.
