Ingredients:


2 cans tuna drained

2 1/2 Tablespoons Best foods Mayonaise

2 Tablespoons Sesame Furukaki (Japanese seaweed condiment)

1/2 medium cucumber cut into spears

1 sheet Prepared (seasoned) NORI (Seaweed) In 2x4 inch strips.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix tuna with mayonaise and furukaki. Spread mixture into peices of NORI, then add 1 spear of cucumber per square of NORI. Roll. Furukaki may be left out.

 

Nutritional Information:

Almost NO carbs.
