Mexican Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:


1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded

1 1/2 cups white sauce

1/2 cup salsa

4 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Add cheese to white sauce and stir over low heat until cheese melts, then stir in salsa. 2. Add elbow macaroni and stir to coat with sauce. Cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
