Whole-Grain Wheat Berries (Vegan)

Preparation / Directions:
1. In 2qt saucepan, boil water, stir in wheat, and return to boil.
2. Reduce to simmer, covered, for 2 hours, until almost all of the liquid has been absorbed.
3. Remove from heat, let stand for 15 minutes.
4. Add salt and fluff with a fork.
