2 bunches parsley

3 cups tomato concasse

1/2 cup bulgur or cracked wheat

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well adjust seasonings to taste cover and chill for 24 hours serve chilled
