Ingredients:


1 packages vermicelli

2 Cup broccoli flowerets

1/2 Cup thin sliced carrots

1 1/2 Cup red and green pepper cut into strips

2 Cup shredded zucchini

2 cloves garlic minced

1/4 Cup olive oil

2 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 Cup butter

1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Cook broccoli in four (4) cups boiling water for 2 minutes; remove and cool. Saute pepper strips in oil under crisp/tender. Add zucchini and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add carrots, broccoli, pasta and seasonings. Add butter and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 12 cups!
