Ingredients:


12 sheets philo dough cut into six squares

1 package low fat ricotta cheese

1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained

12 cup feta cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon salt (omit if using feta)

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon Onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dill to taste

1 spray olive oil spray or cooking spray
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a small bowl mix cheese with spinach and seasonings until well incorporated.Spray cookie sheet with spray oil.Take' three philo sheet squares and spray lightly with oil.add 3 more sheets and spray again.Wrap remaining sheets in plastic wrap so they do not dry out. Place a tablespoon of filling in center of philo squares and wrap egg roll style placing the seam side down on the cookie sheet.Repeat with remaining sheets.Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown this is a great appetizer for any par
