Olallie Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:


1 cup fresh or frozen olallie berries

1 medium ripe banana -- cut into pieces

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons sugar or honey

1/2 cup crushed ice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend the berries, banana and yogurt in a blender of food processor, pulsing on and off until the mixture is smooth. Taste and add sugar or honey to taste. Add the crushed ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Note: You may substitute blackberries for Olallie berries.
