1 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon anchovy paste

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon crushed red chiles

3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons sugar

1/4 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes serve at room temperature or chill for 4-96 hours
