Ingredients:


1 pound zucchini

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons chives

1 tablespoon fresh dill weed

1/2 teaspoon tarragon

1 tablespoon basil
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat oil in a large skillet, over moderately-high flame add zucchini, salt, and pepper saute for 5-7 minutes drain in a collander add butter to the skillet, and place over a medium flame heat and stir until melted add zucchini and remaining ingredients season to taste toss gently to mix well spoon onto a serving platter serve hot
