Piquant Shrimp Mold

1 pound bay shrimp
1 cup water
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup celery
2 cloves garlic
1 piece bay leaf
2 tablespoons catsup
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Heat water to a boil in a saucepan, over a moderate flame add onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and bay leaf return to the boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes strain through a chinois or cheesecloth and discard solids season to taste with salt and pepper pour into a plastic-lined mold cover and chill for 2-24 hours serve slightly chilled
