Charcoal-Broiled Shrimp

Ingredients:


1 cup olive or corn oil

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon original worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1 dash oregano

2 pounds jumbo green shrimp -- peeled and deveined

1 bottle cocktail sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire, pepper and garlic salt; marinate shrimp in sauce at least 1 hour. 2. Grill on wire rack over coals 5 minutes per side, or until shrimp turn pink. (Do not overcook.) 3. Serve with cocktail sauce for dunking. NOTE: Fine as appetizer or main course.
