Herb and Lemon Seasoning

Ingredients:


1/2 teaspoon lemon -- zest only

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1/2 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in covered container. 2. To use, sprinkle over meat, poultry or fish before broiling.
