Poached Lobster Delights And Garden Vegetable |

Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 cup quartered fresh mushrooms |
1 package Louis Kemp lobster delights -- chunks (8 oz) |
3 cups fresh vegetables -- (broccoli, flowerets, carrot) or |
1 package frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed (16 oz) |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon margarine |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine first six ingredients in saucepan.
Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add mushrooms, Lobster Delights and vegetables.
Cover; reduce heat. Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once.
Stir in lime juice and margarine.
