Red Seafood Sauce |

Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp -- lobster, crab |
1/4 stick butter |
1/4 cup olive oil |
20 milliliters garlic -- crushed or |
2 teaspoons garlic chopped |
1 small onion -- chopped |
1 cup white table wine |
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley |
1 dash salt and pepper to taste |
12 ounces spaghetti; cooked |

Preparation / Directions:
In a saucepan melt butter in olive oil on low heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes Add wine, parsley and salt and pepper. simmer for 5 minutes Add seafood and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over cooked pasta. Options: To make a red sauce- add 1-4 oz can tomato sauce with wine...proceed. To make a real white sauce Add 1 pint heavy cream at the end of cooking when the heat is turned off. (heating cream may cause it to separate)
