Wild Rice Seafood Casserole

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups wild rice -- cooked

1 medium green pepper -- diced

1 cup celery -- diced

1 medium Bermuda onion diced

1 pound fresh mushrooms -- sliced

1 pound lobster meat -- cooked

1/2 pound lump crab meat -- cooked

1/2 pound shrimp -- cleaned

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

1 Cup bread crumbs; buttered -- opt.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients lightly in a greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350F. Buttered bread crumbs may be sprinkled over top.
