Ingredients:


---Sauce---

1 ounce cream cheese

2 cups whole milk

1 medium lemon -- juice of

1 1/2 ounces white wine

1 teaspoon salt and white pepper

---Clams---

2 tablespoon Butter

1/4 cup Onion chopped

40 medium Fresh Manila clams
 

Preparation / Directions:


*Clams in Cream Cheese Sauce. SAUCE: Combine sauce ingredients in a blender. Reduce in a saucepan until slightly thickened. CLAMS: Melt butter in a large sauté pan or skillet. Add onion and sauté lightly. Add clams and sauté until shells open fully. Add sauce to pan, heat through, and serve.
