Crab Salad |

Ingredients:
8 ounces frozen crab meat defrosted |
5 ounces asparagus, frozen cut defrosted |
1/4 cup sliced green onion |
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts |
1 bunch lettuce leaves |
1 bunch parsley |
---Dressing--- |
1/2 cup plain yogurt, |
2 tablespoons horseradish mustard |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine. In a separate bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
Pour dressing over crab salad. Toss gently. Chill several hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
