Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - 1

Ingredients:


20 large mushrooms

2 large eggs -- beaten

1 bottle Italian dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise

8 ounces crabmeat -- well picked

1/4 cup onion -- minced

3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing; drain. Combine crabmeat, a half-cup of breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice. Fill mushrooms. Top with remaining breadcrumbs. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Yields 20 appetizers or 4 main course servings.
