Ingredients:


1 package wonton wrappers

8 ounces cream cheese

8 ounces crab meat -- carefully picked

4 medium green onion*
 

Preparation / Directions:


* finely chopped tops and all 1. Combine cream cheese; crab and onion mix well 2. Place a mound of filling in the center of a wonton skin; dampen edges with water and fold in half to make a triangular shape 3. Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
