Ingredients:


1 pound crabmeat

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 cup cracker meal

1 dash cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 large egg -- beaten

1 clove garlic to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Sauté in butter. Serve hot with tarragon sauce (see separate recipe
