Pasta With Crab Sauce

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 small shallot chopped

1 stalk celery chopped

6 ounces crab meat -- up to 7

1 tablespoon tomato paste

4 ounces tomato sauce -- (canned)

1 cup sparkling white wine

1 piece flavor cube -- (fish flavor, if possible)

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

12 ounces pasta cooked according to -- directions
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in oil and sauté shallot and celery until translucent. Add paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add crab and cook for 5 more minutes Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot pasta.
