Mock Crab Meat

Ingredients:


1 large drum or sheephead -- cut large

1 package crab boil

1 medium lemon -- sliced

1 large onion -- quarter

2 cloves garlic -- peel
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil fish with crab boil, lemons, onions, and garlic until fish starts to flake. Cool. Remove skin and use as you would crabmeat. In a salad, it is hard to tell the difference.
