Super Crab-A-Tizers

Ingredients:


1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cans crab meat -- (120g each) drained

1 can mushrooms -- (10oz/284ml) drained -- chopped

16 pieces dare breton crackers crushed

8 large eggs -- beaten
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large saucepan sauté onion and green pepper in small amount of hot oil until tender; remove from heat. Add cheese, crab meat, mushrooms and cracker crumbs to pan; toss well. Stir in beaten eggs. Spoon mixture into greased miniature muffin pans or tart tins. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
