Preparation / Directions:Cook onion and pepper in oil until tender. Add wine, tomato sauce, bay leaf, garlic, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. While simmering, separate fish into 4 portions. Add fish to simmered sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes when pricked with a fork.
