Ingredients:


12 jumbo tiger prawns

1/4 cup olive oil

1/3 cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon garlic

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat oil and two-thirds thebutter in a skillet, over a moderate flame add scampi, langoustino, lobster, or prawns saute quickly for 30 seconds add garlic, wine, lemon juice, worcestershire, and pepper sauce-mix well stir in remaining butter remove to a heated platter or serving dish top with minced parsley serve hot, accompanied by pasta
