Ingredients:


12 ounces scampo lobster

1/4 cup olive oil

1/3 cup butter

1 tablespoon garlic

1/4 cup white wine

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

3 tablespoons parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil and 1/4 cup of the butter in a skillet, over a moderate flame add scampi, prawns, or lobster and saute quickly for 30 seconds add garlic, wine, lemon juice, worcestershire, and tabasco sauce-mix well stir in remaining butter remove to a heated platter or serving dish top with minced parsley serve hot, accompanied by hot cooked pasta
