Scallops Tarragon

Ingredients:


1/2 tablespoon butter

3 cloves fresh garlic -- finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon tarragon -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 pound fresh scallops

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 cup dairy sour cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic, garlic salt, tarragon, pepper and wine; stir well and bring to a boil.

2. Add scallops; saute 3 minutes.

3. Thicken sauce with cornstarch; reduce heat.

4. When mixture stops boiling, stir in sour cream.

5. Serve in small bowls.

NOTE: Also great as an appetizer!
