Preparation / Directions:Combine butter and bread cubes; mix well, and set aside.
Combine eggs, sugar, and milk; beat with electric mixer just until blended. Add bread cube mixture and pineapple stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour.
