Merrymount Lobster Or Seafood

Ingredients:


3 cups lobster -- crab, shrimp, or sea legs, cut up

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 large eggs -- slightly beaten

2 cups light cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 cup buttered cracker crumbs or saltines

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 dash cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Sprinkle lemon juice and beaten eggs over lobster. 2. Bring cream, butter, and bread crumbs just to a boil; stir well together and pour over lobster. 3. Stir mustard, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt carefully into lobster mixture. 4. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and top with 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs. 5. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated oven at 350^ until crumbs are brown and lobster is bubbly - no more.
