Preparation / Directions:
1. Remove frozen cod from package; allow to thaw at room temperature, about 15 minutes.
2. Cut fish into 8 equal pieces with sharp knife; set aside.
3. Melt butter in large skillet or electric fry pan; saute onion in butter over low heat until transparent.
4. Place fish on onion; cover and steam over low heat 6 to 8 minutes.
5. Add cheese, clams and shrimp; cover and steam 1 minute longer.
6. Remove cod from pan to heated serving platter.
7. Season remaining ingredients in pan with salt and pepper; stir to blend cheese.
8. Pour cheese sauce over fish; sprinkle with fresh dill.
9. Serve alone or with hot cooked rice.
