Louisiana Sea Shells |

Ingredients:
1 link link cajun sausage |
1/2 pound shrimp or crawfish tails -- peeled |
1/2 medium Onion -- chopped |
1 package medium pasta shells |
1/2 bunch green onions |
1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic |
8 ounces salsa |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated |
1 tablespoon butter |
4 ounces heavy cream |

Preparation / Directions:
Saute onion in butter until opaque. Add garlic and sausage and cook for 1 minute. Add salsa and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done. About 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and green onions. Reduce heat until thickened. About 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and pour over cooked shells and toss. Serve immediately.
