Fried Barbeque Crabs

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Chili powder
1/2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
12 large Crabs -- cleaned and halved
 

Preparation / Directions:

Put dry mixture in a bag and shake to mix. Add crabs, cleaned and cut in half. Shake to coat crabs. Fry in 360ø - 400ø oil until crabs surface.
