Dieters' Turbot Delight, Microwaved

Ingredients:


1 pound turbot or sole or other mild white fish -- filleted

1 teaspoon butter-flavored salt

1 teaspoon ground white pepper

1 teaspoon paprika -- (for garnish)

1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley -- (for garnish)

1 medium lemon wedges -- (for garnish)

2 tablespoons melted butter -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Rinse fillets; place in shallow microwave-safe baking dish. 2. Season to taste with butter-flavored salt and white pepper. 3. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 minutes. (If fish becomes opaque and hardly separates into flakes in center, let stand, covered, 4 minutes to complete cooking.) 4. Garnish with paprika, parsley and lemon wedges; season with small amount of butter, if desired. Eat at once. NOTE: Great with tossed green salad!
